The last incarnation of my site fairly well masked any means of contacting me. I did have a link that spawned an E-Mail message pre-addressed to me, but you had to click my picture in order to make it work. It was purposely unadvertised. Please allow me to explain why.
On any given day, it's not unusual to see four, five, or more different pleas for assistance. Usually these begin with "I see you answer a lot of questions in the support forums, can you help me with this?". I'm not averse to helping someone if I'm able, but please keep the following in mind. This is my personal E-Mail account. So anything addressed here may either be missed entirely or take a while for me to respond. I am always more than willing to share what I can, but I do not know everything there is to know. For instance, I'm very weak in the area of context sensitive help, as I've never had "the pleasure" of working with it. I disdain printed documentation, so I have zero interest in solving any issues with printed docs. To me, RoboHelp is designed for an on-line medium and not print. And I happen to really like trees.
