What is the RoboHelp HTML Features file?

During my daily forum participation, I find myself frequently thinking, hmmmm, now which version did this appear in? I like to be as technically accurate as I possibly can, so I had an idea to create a file that would outline all the features I could think of, and in which version they made their appearance (or disappearance, as the case may be).

Okay, now I know what this is, so how do I use it?

The RoboHelp HTML Features file is available in two formats. Microsoft .CHM and compressed as .ZIP format. While the .ZIP format offers no significant space savings, I found that different browsers were unable to get at the file in .CHM format alone.
