Skinny on Skins

What is the Skinny on Skins file?

When Skins first made their appearance in version 2002, it became infinitely easier to customize many aspects of the WebHelp and FlashHelp output. This file is intended to document the assorted ways I've discovered to influence changes to these output formats.

Okay, now I know what this is, so how do I use it?

The Skinny on Skins file is available in two formats. Microsoft .CHM and compressed as .ZIP format. While the .ZIP format offers no significant space savings, I found that different browsers were unable to get at the file in .CHM format alone.
