What is the Tips and Tricks file?
As a RoboHelp user, help author, and forum participant, I noticed lots of the same questions being asked repeatedly. Additionally, I would come up with assorted workarounds for different things from time to time. I'm a person that disdains "reinventing the wheel" if I can avoid it. So I created a .CHM to store this information for my personal use and reference. Well, I figured if I found it useful myself, why not share it with others? So the idea for the site was born.
The Tips and Tricks file is currently in its Third major revision and I'm busy working on the fourth. RoboWizard.com began life simply as a way to distribute my RoboHelp HTML Tips and Tricks file.
Okay, now I know what this is, so how do I use it?
The Tips and Tricks file is presented in Microsoft .CHM format. However, there are a few supporting files included. As a result, I packaged everything inside a single .ZIP. Once you extract the contents to a folder on your hard drive, just launch the TipsNTrix.chm file.
